Twice-Cooked Pork with Good Luck Hot Sauce

Ingredients

Pork belly

2 tbsp Good Luck Hot Sauce

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp sugar

1 tbsp oil

1 clove garlic,minced

1 tsp ginger,minced

1 bell pepper,sliced

2 green onions,chopped

1 Leeks

Instructions

1.Boil the Pork Belly:Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the pork belly.Cook for about 10-15 minutes until it’s cooked through.Remove the pork,let it cool slightly,then slice it thinly.

2.Prepare the Sauce:In a small bowl,combine Good Luck Hot Sauce,soy sauce,and sugar.Mix well.

3.First Cook-Sear the Pork:In a large skillet or wok,heat the oil over medium heat.Add the sliced pork belly and sear until golden and slightly crispy.Remove from the skillet and set aside.

4.Second Cook-Stir-Fry with Vegetables:In the same skillet,add the minced garlic,ginger,and bell pepper.Stir-fry for a minute until fragrant,then add the Chinese cabbage or leeks

5.Add Pork and Sauce:Return the pork belly to the skillet,pour the sauce over,and stir-fry everything together for 2-3 minutes,until the pork and veggies are well coated in the spicy sauce.
