8 oz pasta(spaghetti,penne,or your favorite type)
2 tbsp Good Luck Hot Sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic,minced
1/2 small onion,finely chopped
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes,halved
1/4 cup heavy cream(or coconut cream for a dairy-free option)
Salt and pepper,to taste
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese(optional)
Fresh basil or parsley
1.Cook the Pasta:Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to the package instructions.Reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water,then drain.
2.Prepare the Sauce Base:In a skillet,heat the olive oil over medium heat.Add the minced garlic and chopped onion,cooking until fragrant and the onion is translucent.
3.Add Cherry Tomatoes and Hot Sauce:Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2-3 minutes,until softened.Stir in the Good Luck Hot Sauce,mixing well with the tomatoes and onion.
4.Create the Creamy Sauce:Reduce the heat to low and add the heavy cream.Stir well to combine,letting the flavors blend for a minute.Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
5.Combine Pasta with Sauce:Add the cooked pasta to the skillet,tossing to coat the noodles in the sauce.
6.Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese,and top with fresh basil or parsley for extra flavor and color.
